From July 3, 2008 issue Holiday limits postal service United States Postal Service operations will be limited Friday in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Postal operations on Friday will be as follows: • There will be no regular home delivery, however, postal employees will be delivering Express Mail items. • There will be no retail window service at any Postal Service station or branch. • Customers using a debit or credit card can utilize the Automated Postal Centers at the Southport and Greenwood postal centers. Automated Postal Centers are available 24 hours daily, every day of the week, including holidays and can conduct 80 percent of transactions available at postal retail counters such as mailing packages and purchasing postage. • Mail delivery will resume on Saturday.     The Spotlight 4217 S.
