From September 4, 2008 issue Chili cook-off raises funds for burn camp The 2008 Chili Cook-off will be presented from 4-8 p.m. this Saturday at the Clark-Pleasant Intermediate Cafeteria 2111, Sheek Road at Worthsville Road. The cook-off is sponsored by The Greenwood Fire Dept., Abundant Grace Church and Clark-Pleasant Intermediate. All proceeds raised will benefit the Hoosier Burn Camp. To enter the chili cook-off, there is a $10 entry fee. The event is open to the public. Sampling chili is free to the public. Included during the cook-off are raffles, children's activities, fire trucks on site and chili tasting.
