Hornet Park Fitness Center Hornet Park Fitness Center, 5245 Hornet Ave. and NETA are co-sponsoring two nationally-recognized workshops. Saturday, Sept. 13 is Group Exercise Certification and is for potential and current fitness instructors. Workshop is 8-4:30. Benton House Home Tour The Benton House Home Tour will be Sun., noon-5 p.m. To commemorate its 35th Anniversary, a bike tour, Sunday brunch and vintage car and style show are also featured. Tickets are $10 in advance, $12 the day of the tour. The Benton house is located at 312 S. Downey Ave.

Miracle Mile Parade to be Rebroadcast The Miracle Mile Parade which took place Sat. Aug. 30 will be rebroadcast at 9 p.m. Fri., Sept. 5 on channel 40 WHMB for the one-hour special broadcast of the parade.
